Regarding our health regulations for everyone’s safety & protection
The following measures have been adopted in order to make your stay in our hotel as safe and pleasant as possible:
As far as communal areas & shared parts (such as keys and doorknobs) are concerned, they are being disinfected on a regular basis.
In addition, all contact surfaces in every communal area are regularly cleaned and disinfected. These include the front desk, the furniture and the floor situated in the entrance hall, the counters, the bins as well as the handrails.
Officially-designed signs have been put in the front desk area for everyone to respect a one-meter distance between people.
Hydro alcoholic gel as well as masks are available upon request at the front desk.
During your stay, the members of our staff will not enter your room. Should you need additional laundry and/or towels, please ask the people at the front desk.
Please, be so kind as to open your window each time you leave your room.
Once you have left our hotel, the room you stayed in will be disinfected for 20 minutes with an ozone spreading machine. Furthermore, rooms will be cleaned with extra care. Thus, special attention will be given to locks, keys, catch bolts and/or door knobs, electrical switches, desk surfaces, phones, remote controls as well as to every tap/faucet in the bathroom.
As far as people flow is concerned, when facing the front desk, please note that you will be asked to use the stairway/staircase situated on your left in order to access your room. Consequently, upon leaving your room, you will be asked to use the stairway/staircase situated on your right (when facing the front desk) to go back to the entrance hall.
Special measures are also being applied to insure the security of our staff:
Every staff member will be wearing a mask that will be changed every four hours.
A Plexiglas window has been installed for everyone’s protection at the front desk.
Every staff member washes their hands regularly, either with water & soap or with a hydro alcoholic gel. They also care to clean and disinfect their work spaces as well the room keys as often as possible.
